(“China Taibao”) held the 25th meeting of the 9th Supervisory Board in Xiamen on 26 April 2024, which was chaired by Chairman of the Board, Zhu Yonghung and met the statutory requirements. The Meeting discussed and adopted four resolutions, including the 2024 First Quarter Report, the report on the resignation of former Chairman Kong Qingwei and the former Governor of Greater Bay Development, Shengyang Yapeng, and the nomination of Mr. Dong Zhiqiang as the 10th Board of Directors Representative nominee. Mr. Dong Zhiqiang's qualifications are subject to regulatory approval.
