The Company has been publishing corporate communications electronically from 31 December 2023 in accordance with Section 2.07A of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited. Corporate communications include Board Reports, Annual Accounts, Auditor's Reports, Interim Reports, Meeting Notices, Listing Documents, Circulars and Proxy Forms, etc. Merger China will propose amendments to the terms of its Articles of Association at the Annual General Meeting.
