BYADI CO., LTD. ANNOUNCED ON APRIL 25, 2024 THAT IT HAS INITIATED THE SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM, WHICH IS SUBJECT TO THE MANDATE OF THE PREVIOUS GENERAL MEETING AND THE RELEVANT LAWS AND REGULATIONS. The Company repurchased 959,900 shares of A shares using its own funds in the first repurchase through a centralized tender transaction, accounting for 0.03297% of the company's total shares.
