RENDE RESOURCES HOLDINGS LIMITED (THE “COMPANY”) ISSUED A CLARIFICATION NOTICE ON APRIL 24, 2024, INDICATING THE EXISTENCE OF PAPERWORK ERRORS IN ITS PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT OF APRIL 23. The Company clarifies that the announcement should indicate that the completion of the new shares is under a special authorization, not a general authorization. In addition, on the date of the announcement, Mr. Chan Chi Yuen ceased to be an Executive Director. The current Executive Directors are Mr. Wang Jun and Mr. Chiu Xin Yuan, and the Independent Non-Executive Directors are Mr. Wu Siu, Ms. Tsang Chau Wai and Mr. Li Ka Chun. Except for the above corrections, the other Chinese-English information and content of the original announcement remain unchanged.
