DING YIFENG HOLDINGS ANNOUNCED ITS ANNUAL REPORT ON 31 DECEMBER 2013. ITS MAIN BUSINESS IS INVESTED IN LISTED AND NON-LISTED SECURITIES. Net loss for the year was approximately HK$310,932,000, a decrease of approximately HK$20,255,000 or 6.1% compared to last year. The net loss for the year decreased compared to last year, primarily due to net income generated by the divestiture/write-off of subsidiaries of approximately HK$33,196,000. The total amount of listed securities invested in listed securities held at year-end as financial assets classified as financial assets measured at fair value through gains and losses was approximately HK$380,775,000. In terms of investments in non-listed securities, the Group acquired a 10% shareholding in Shanghai Hongpeng Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a portfolio of HK$22,005,000. The Group has established risk management processes to identify, measure, monitor and control the various risks it faces. The Group's portfolio will be closely monitored by management.
