NetDragon Network Holdings Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2024 at Renaissance Hong Kong Seaview Hotel, 1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The meeting will consider a number of motions, including approval of the 2023 audited financial statements and directors' and auditor's reports, proposed final dividend payments, reappointment of auditors and directors' remuneration decisions. In addition, voting on the new Share Option Scheme and Share Award Scheme will be held and general mandates for share issuance and repurchase will be discussed. Shareholders will vote on the re-election of Executive Director Liu Dejian and others. THE COMPANY PROPOSES TO DISTRIBUTE A FINAL DIVIDEND OF HK$0.40 PER SHARE TO SHAREHOLDERS ON 14 JUNE 2024 AND TO SUSPEND SHARE TRANSPOSITION FROM 14 TO 17 JUNE TO DETERMINE DIVIDEND ELIGIBILITY.
