THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF HEJING TAI FU GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (“HEJING TAI FU”) PROPOSED A SPECIAL RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE COMPANY'S ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION AT ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 5 JUNE 2024. This move is in line with the relevant rules effective on 31 December 2023 in accordance with the Paperless Listing Mechanism and other Listing Rules announced by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited in June 2023. The Board considers that the proposed amendments will be in the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
