The award is divided into two parts, with the assignment period of 1,931,656 share awards from April 19, 2024 to April 19, 2025, and the allotment period of 1,878,011 share awards from April 19, 2024 to April 19, 2026. The shares awarded were priced at HK$3.85 per share at the closing date of the award.
