The Fuji Hong Kong Group (FIH) will hold its Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2024 at the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel, 64 Tsim Sha Tsui East Road, Hong Kong. The meeting will deal with the re-election of the three directors Zhang Chuan Wang, Yen-chen Chiu and Liu Shaoqi, and the consideration of general and special resolutions amending the Company's Articles of Association and Rules of Association. In addition, the meeting will renew the appointment of Diligent Accountants to act as Auditors. In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a black storm warning signal or an “extreme situation” announced by the Government, the Annual General Meeting will be closed.
