The authorization from 15 July 2020 to 14 July 2025 allows the Board of Directors to issue new shares, grant share options and issue convertible securities without the need for a priority subscription by existing shareholders. Timothy Charles Parker, Chairman of the Board of Directors, emphasized that the move helps the company to invest flexibly and is in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders. The renewal of the share capital authorization will be governed by the Listing Rules of the Securities of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited and the Luxembourg Companies Act.
