The Annual General Meeting of HK Lantern Power Investments and its management company, HK Lantern Power Investments Limited, will be held on 22 May 2024 at the Banquet Hall and Internet Platform on the 1st floor of the Grand Hotel Kowloon Sea, 20 Tak Fung Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The General Meeting will discuss ordinary matters such as the audit of the 2023 financial statements, the re-election of directors and the appointment of auditors, and the adoption of special resolutions on amendments to the Trust and the Company's Articles of Association. In the event of a black storm warning signal, tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 or above, or an “extreme situation” announced by the Hong Kong Government, the conference will be postponed until 27 May. IN ADDITION, THE GENERAL MEETING WILL CONSIDER GRANTING THE DIRECTORS GENERAL AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE AND ISSUE NEW SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS, BUT THE DIRECTORS DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE PLANS TO ISSUE NEW SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS.
