(“Postal Reserve Bank”) will hold a Board meeting on 29 April 2024 for the primary purpose of reviewing and approving the first quarterly results of the Bank and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31 March 2024 and their publication. The meeting will take place on Monday and will be announced by the Joint Company Secretary, Mr. Du Chunno. The members of the Board of Directors of Post Bank include Executive Directors Mr. Liu Jianjun and Ms. Yao Hong, Non-Executive Director Mr. Han Wenbo, etc., and Mr. Wen Tiejun, an Independent Non-Executive Director. IT IS NOTEWORTHY THAT POSTAL BANK IS NOT A RECOGNISED INSTITUTION UNDER THE HONG KONG BANKING ORDINANCE, IS NOT REGULATED BY THE HONG KONG MONETARY AUTHORITY, NOR IS IT AUTHORISED TO ENGAGE IN BANKING AND/OR DEPOSIT BUSINESS IN HONG KONG.
