The transaction amounts are $154,401.3499, $34,567.4600 and $241,117.1302, respectively, and the trading price is between $9.8137 and $10.1669. UBS AG is an exempt self-dealing seller and is associated with the contracting party, and all transactions are conducted on its own account.
