The guarantee includes the debt under the joint trust and financing amounts applied by its holding subsidiary Fuwang Han-Lin to China Merchants Bank, Construction Bank and Pura Bank, and the guarantee of the amount of trust applied to Minsheng Bank by Fuxing Pharmaceuticals. As of 9 April 2024, including this guarantee, the Group's actual external guarantee amount represents approximately 58.27% of the net assets of the listed company shareholders audited at the end of 2023, and the Group has no outstanding guarantees. This guarantee is within the limits approved by the General Meeting and is deemed necessary and reasonable by the Board to meet the actual operating needs of the relevant holding company.
