Under the exchange's new listing rules, Datech Group will instead send corporate communications electronically and only provide printed copies when shareholders request it. This arrangement will take effect from 31 December 2023. Shareholders are required to provide a valid email address to receive company communications including Board reports, meeting notices, etc. The company's newsletter will be published simultaneously on the DCO Group and the Exchange's websites. Shareholders may also obtain printed copies by written or email request. Datech Group recommends that shareholders scan the QR code to fill in the online form to provide an email address, effective until 10 June 2024. In case of questions, shareholders may contact Zhujia Securities Registration Limited on working days.
