LU XIANGYANG, A SHAREHOLDER HOLDING MORE THAN 5% OF THE COMPANY, AND HIS CO-OPERATOR, RONGJIE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LIMITED, HAD SECURED A NUMBER OF SHARES. Mr. Lu Xingyang has pledged 900,000 shares with a shareholding ratio of 0.38% and a total share capital ratio of 0.03%. The deposit period is from 8 April 2024 to 8 April 2025, for the purpose of meeting operational needs.
