China Transport Construction held on 7 April 2024 the 32nd meeting of the 5th Board of Directors and the 24th meeting of the 5th Board of Supervisors. A number of important resolutions were adopted in the meeting. This includes the renewal of EY Accounting Firm and EY Accounting Firm as International Auditors and Domestic Auditors for 2024 and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine their remuneration. In addition, the Conference adopted motions on the addition of part of the Class 2024 Ordinary Associated Transaction Plan and the establishment of 2025-2027 Leasing and Asset Management Services, Provision of Construction Services, Acceptance of Labor and Subcontracting Services, Purchasing Products and Selling Products. ALL MOTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SUBMISSION TO THE 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR CONSIDERATION. The procedure for holding the meeting and the number of attendees comply with the relevant requirements, and the results of the vote are legally valid.
