In the report, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Construction Bank assessed the performance of external auditors, Wing Ming Accounting Firm and EY Accounting Firm in 2023. EY was established in 1992 as a Special General Partnership Firm, and EY Accounting Firm was established under Hong Kong law.
