The current accounting firm believes that Wing Chung Wo and its Hong Kong branch are approaching the longest year of continuous service. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS PROPOSES TO APPOINT TIJU INTERNATIONAL AND TIANJU HONG KONG AS INLAND AND OVERSEAS ACCOUNTANCY FIRMS FOR 2024 AND WILL SUBMIT THEM FOR CONSIDERATION AT THE 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. The proposed change, if approved, will take effect from the date of the 2023 Annual General Meeting until the end of the 2024 Annual General Meeting. Mines Energy expressed its gratitude for the long service of Shinyung Nakhu and its Hong Kong branch and confirmed that there were no disagreements or outstanding issues with the departing accounting firm.
