THE MEETING WILL CONSIDER AND APPROVE THE ANNUAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023 AND THEIR PUBLICATION. Yubar said the postponement of the meeting was due to the need for more time to determine the overall financial results for the year. The members of the Board of Directors include Executive Directors Mr. Chen Xiaoliang, Mr. Zhu Jiangbo and Mr. Cheng Peng; Ms. Yang Jia-Ching, Non-Executive Director; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Kan Wai-min, Dr. Gao Fu Ping and Dr. Shi Jian-Hun.
