BAOLONG PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED (THE “COMPANY”) ANNOUNCED ON 26 MARCH 2024 THAT ITS OVERALL SOLUTION WAS SUPPORTED BY MORE THAN 75% OF PLAN CREDITORS, DEMONSTRATING CREDITORS' CONFIDENCE IN THE COMPANY. We invite creditors who have not yet signed the Restructuring Support Agreement to submit valid documents via the Transaction Site prior to the agreed fee deadline to join the Restructuring Support Agreement. As of now, 77.9% of scheme creditors have signed the agreement.
