China Sky Chemical announced on 25 March 2024 that the High Court of Hong Kong had ordered its liquidation petition to be postponed until 3 June 2024. This announcement is in addition to the Company's previous notices issued on August 23, August 28, November 30, and February 28, February 29, and March 6, 2024, and March 6, 2024. The Company will issue further announcements in due course to inform the public of any significant progress with respect to the Petition. Shareholders and potential investors are reminded to exercise caution when buying and selling company shares.
