The amendment includes an increase in the source of bonus shares, increases the program limits and limits on the award of rewards to individually selected participants, and extends the term of the 2021 Share Award Scheme to 15 years. The Board considers that these amendments will help improve the Company's ability to recognise and reward eligible participants and attract and retain talent for the long-term development of the Group.
