The financing term is 85 days with a unit face value of RMB 100 and a box office rate of 1.98%. Interest is calculated from March 26, 2024. This issue is underwritten by Guangda Bank of China Co., Ltd. The funds raised will be used primarily to supplement the day-to-day cash flow of the Company and its subsidiaries and pay off interest-bearing liabilities.
