PERSONS OR COMPANIES WHOSE SHARES ARE STORED IN THE CENTRAL SETTLEMENT AND SETTLEMENT SYSTEM AND WISH TO RECEIVE THE COMPANY'S COMMUNICATIONS THAT THEY MAY VIEW THESE DOCUMENTS ON THE WEBSITE OR REQUEST A PRINTED COPY BY FILLING IN THE FORM ATTACHED. In addition, the Bank of East Asia provided an option to holders wishing to receive printed copies of future corporate newsletters, indicating that the request would be effective until 31 March 2025.
