Prior to this change in shareholding, Yao Teng Management Group Limited was the largest shareholder of the Company, holding approximately 60.03%. Following the changes, Mr. Yuan Wenying's family members (including his wife Ms. Li Baofen and daughter Ms. Yuan Hui-yi) and family members of Mr. Leung Shing-chao remain in control of approximately 30.32% and 9.05%, respectively. In addition, the Executive Director of the Corporate Finance Division of the Securities and Futures Commission confirmed on 19 February 2024 that this share change will not give rise to full contractual liability under Rule 26.1 Note 6 of the Acquisition Code.
