The distribution plan will be based on the total share capital as of July 15, 2024. If the total share capital changes prior to the date of registration of the shares, the distribution ratio per share will remain unchanged and the total amount will be adjusted. The full-year cash dividend for 2023 is 68.22%, accounting for 72.1% after share repurchase. The distribution plan has been approved by the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors, but is still subject to submission to the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
