On 16 December 2023, JNCEC entered into a general construction contract with its non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Shangzhao Thermal Power, to hire Jing Ne Construction to provide construction services for the Integrated Energy Monitoring Control Centre and Cooling Station projects.
