On 16 December 2023, JNCEC entered into a general construction contract with its non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Shangzhao Thermal Power, to hire Jing Ne Construction to provide construction services for the Integrated Energy Monitoring Control Centre and Cooling Station projects. In addition, on 3 March 2024, Shantou Jingfeng, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jing Neng Clean Energy, also signed a construction contract with Jing Neng Construction to provide construction services for the main building of the bearing manufacturing plant.
