Bard International Limited announced on 21 March 2024 that, in accordance with the amendments to the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited, the Company will publish corporate newsletters electronically from 31 December 2023 and will no longer post printed copies unless requested by shareholders. The English and Chinese versions of the company's newsletter will be available on the company's and exchange websites. The Company will send a notice of publication of the Company's Newsletter to Shareholders by e-mail or post, provided that the Shareholder provides a valid e-mail address or mailing address through its bank, broker, custodian, agent or Hong Kong Central Settlement (Agent) Limited. The Company encourages shareholders to access the Company's communications electronically and provides the option for shareholders to complete a response form if printed communications are required.
