China Carbon Neutral Development Group Limited (“China Carbon Neutral”) signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Zhengzhou College of Engineering and Technology to accelerate the promotion of green low-carbon transformation and carbon-peaking, carbon-neutral work. The two sides plan to jointly develop an “Energy Storage New Materials” R&D center to jointly study the phased utilization and reuse of old power storage batteries in new energy vehicles.
