The Board of Directors of HK Light Power Investments Limited (HK Light-SS) announces that the Company's Articles of Association and Trust Agreement will be amended to comply with the amendments to the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited effective on 31 December 2023, in particular with regard to the extension of the paperless listing mechanism and electronic publication Terms of the company's communication. These amendments will enable companies and trusts to adopt electronic publishing practices in accordance with the Listing Rules. The proposed amendment is subject to subsequent adoption by a special resolution of the holders of the joint purchase units at the Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2024. The relevant Circular and the 2023 Annual Report will also be sent to the holders of the Joint Undertaking Unit.
