The HKEX has published on 20 March 2024 the Annual Report 2023, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form, and the Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2023. Both Chinese and English versions of these documents can be found in the Investor Relations (Regulatory Disclosure) section of the HKEx Group website and uploaded to the Easy Disclosure website. For non-registered shareholders wishing to obtain a printed copy, the HKEX has provided an application form for which shareholders may submit applications by post or email to the Hong Kong Securities Registry Limited. In addition, HKEx encourages shareholders to receive company communications electronically to promote environmental protection. The Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2023 is only published in electronic form and a printed copy can also be requested by interested shareholders.
