NH HEALTH WILL HOLD A BOARD MEETING ON THURSDAY, MARCH 28, 2024, AT WHICH TIME THE COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES WILL CONSIDER AND APPROVE THE RESULTS REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2023 AND WILL BE RELEASED. The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Zhu Ye Ching, Chairman of the Board, and will include Executive Director Dr. Chen Yi Yiu, Non-Executive Director Mr. Yao Na Xin, as well as Board members such as Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Yu Danko, Professor Wu Hong and Dr. Lee Guodong.
