NWS HOLDINGS ANNOUNCED THAT IT WILL IMPLEMENT A DIVIDEND SCHEME FOR THE INTERIM ORDINARY DIVIDEND OF HK$0.30 PER SHARE FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2024 AND HK$1.79 PER SHARE FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2024. Shareholders who elect to receive dividends in lieu of cash in shares shall submit the completed option form to Superior Standard Limited by 4:30 p.m. on April 5, 2024. Shareholders may also elect to permanently collect cash on all future dividends. The option form relates to the Circular issued on 18 March 2024 and shareholders should refer to the Circular Terms to complete the form. If shareholders fail to complete the form correctly or return the form within a specified time, the relevant dividend will be paid in cash and the offer to permanently elect to receive cash will not be effective. Checks for payment of shares and/or cash dividends will be mailed on or before April 19, 2024.
