HUA RUN BEER (HOLDINGS) CO., LTD. ANNOUNCED FINAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023 WITH A COMBINED REVENUE OF RMB38,932 MILLION, AN INCREASE OF 10.4% YEAR-ON-YEAR. Earnings before interest and taxes and profit attributable to the Company's shareholders amounted to RMB6,961,000,000 and RMB5,153,000,000, respectively, an increase of 33.2% and 18.6% year-on-year, respectively. Beer sales increased slightly by 0.5% to approximately 11,151,000 kilolitres, of which beer sales increased by 18.9%. Of particular note is that sales of beer brand “Heili®” grew by almost 60% year-on-year, meeting the five-year plan goal of cooperation with Hili®. Regarding the white wine business, the Company completed the acquisition of a 55.19% stake in Guizhou Sands.
