PUDAT ANNOUNCED ON MARCH 15, 2024 THAT UNDER THE TERMS OF THE SHARE AWARD SCHEME, A TOTAL OF 24,668,228 SHARES OF BONUS SHARES TO 41 EMPLOYEES IN ORDER TO INCENTIVIZE EMPLOYEES' CONTINUED AND/OR FUTURE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES. The batch of bonus shares consists of 11,864,699 shares of returnable shares and 12,803,529 new shares issued under general mandates. The total issued shares represent approximately 0.17% of the Company's total issued share capital. The bonus shares will be distributed in batches with performance targets and a rebate mechanism. The Company has applied to the Exchange for approval of the listing and sale of the new bonus shares.
