The meeting will be attended by three Executive Directors of the Company, Mr. Tang Chi-hua (Chairman), Mr. Tang Chung-Hui and Mr. Zhou Yuen, as well as three independent non-executive directors Mr. Qu Dongsheng, Jiao Jie and Mr. Gao Hung Xiang.
