JINGENO CLEAN ENERGY (JNCEC) WILL HOLD A BOARD MEETING ON TUESDAY, MARCH 26, 2024 FOR THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING AND APPROVING THE ANNUAL RESULTS REPORT AND THE PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2023, OF THE COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES. The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Zhang Fengyang, Chairman of the Board, and will deal with other matters. Currently, the Executive Directors of Jing Neng Clean Energy include Mr. Zhang Fengyang, Mr. Chan Tai Yu, Mr. Zhang Wei and Mr. Lee Ming Fui; the Non-Executive Directors are Mr. Zhou Jianyu, Mr. Song Zhiyong and Ms. Zhang Yi; the Independent Non-Executive Directors include Ms. Zhao Jie, Mr. Wang Hongxin, Mr. Qin Haiyan and Ms. Hu Zhiying.
