The meeting will also consider the payment of a final dividend (if any) and deal with any other matters. The Board of Directors of the Company is led by the Executive Director, Dr. Zhan Chun Xin, and includes the Non-Executive Directors Mr. Ha Liu and Mr. Wang Yin Ping, as well as the Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Zhang Cheng Hu, Mr. Wong Kwok Bin, Mr. Wu Bao Hai and Ms. Wong Jun.
