Professor Ding has extensive experience in law and administration. He has studied at Harvard University School of Law and is Associate Dean and Professor at the City University of Hong Kong School of Law. Her appointment is for three years and will be eligible for reinstatement at the Annual General Meeting. Professor Ding will receive a Director's Compensation of HK$350,000 per year.
