The primary purpose of the meeting is to review and announce the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the proposed final dividend (if any) to be distributed. The meeting will be hosted by Mr. Lee Wai, Chairman of the Company, and will be announced to the public on 13 March 2024. Currently, the Company's directors include Mr. Li Wai, Mr. Xiao Yiu Meng, Mr. Liu Kian, Mr. Liu Keung, Mr. Zhang Hai Jun, Mr. Su Li and Mr. Wong Xiao Long.
