The meeting will also discuss whether to issue a final dividend. Mr. Sun Taoyong, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Weifang Group, will chair the meeting. Other Board members include Executive Director Fang Tongshu, Yu Fengchun, Guo Jun-sing, as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Li Yofu, Wei Tang, Xu Xiaoyu.
