The meeting will also consider the proposal (if any) for the distribution of a final dividend. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Li Chun, Chairman of the Company and announced on 12 March 2024. Currently, the Executive Directors of the Company include Mr. Li Chun, Mr. Lu Zhisen, Mr. Li Leung and Ms. Zhao Huili.
