(THE “COMPANY”) ANNOUNCES THAT A BOARD MEETING WILL BE HELD ON 25 MARCH 2024 (MONDAY), THE MAIN AGENDA OF WHICH IS TO CONSIDER AND APPROVE THE ANNUAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023 AND THEIR PUBLICATION. The meeting will also consider the proposal to declare a final dividend. This announcement was made by the Secretary of the Company, Su Yaofeng, on 8 March 2024. Currently, the Executive Directors of Wah Run are Mr. Li Xin, Mr. Zhang Dai Wai, Mr. Xie Yui, Mr. Kwok Shiqing and Mr. Chan Wai; the Non-Executive Directors are Mr. Yu Kin, Ms. Cheng Hung and Mr. Wong Ting; the Independent Non-Executive Directors include Mr. Zhong Wai, Mr. Sun Zhe, Mr. Chan Fan, Mr. Leung Guokuan and Hung Qin Mme.
