The draft agreement was published on 8 March 2014 and closed at 4pm on 2 April 2014. The testator is wholly owned by APRIL, APRIL is wholly owned by Fiduco Trust Management PTC, Fiduco Trust Management PTC is the trustee of the trust established by Mr. Tanoto (as the grantor), whose beneficiaries are Mr. Tanoto's direct relatives. The Contracting Party and the Contractor jointly own an interest in a total of 966,416,793 shares (approximately 80.31% of the Company's issued share capital at the last effective date).
