The meeting was attended by Executive Directors Mr. WANG Yang-bin and Mr. WANG Wai Jun, Non-Executive Directors Mr. Chan Cheng Xin, Mr. J David WARGO and Mr. Tang Yihai, as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Alfred Tsai CHU, Mr. Charles Eric EESLEY and Mr. Kwan Yi Jie. The meeting will be held on important matters such as the audit of the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries and the distribution of dividends.
