THE SHARE RIGHTS UNDER THIS AUTHORIZATION GRANT 3,000,000 SHARES TO ONE DIRECTOR MR. LAU JINPAI AND ONE ADVISER, MS. ZHANG JING-XIA, RESPECTIVELY, 3,000,000 SHARES. The Group will not provide financial support to the underwriter for the purchase of shares, and the number of shares available for future issuance will be 193,637,168 shares after the grant of the share rights.
