VICTORY SECURITIES (HOLDINGS) LIMITED ANNOUNCES THAT IT WILL SEND CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS, INCLUDING BOARD REPORTS, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, ETC., ELECTRONICALLY TO SHAREHOLDERS. Shareholders may choose to receive notifications by email or to receive printed copies of the notification letters. This initiative aims to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness and environmental protection. Shareholders should select a preferred option on the return line attached to the letter and return it. If the Company does not receive the completed return letter from the shareholder, it shall be deemed to have accepted the printed notice letter by default. The English and Chinese versions of the company's newsletter will be published on the relevant website. This arrangement will take effect from 4 March 2024.
