THE COMPANY CONFIRMS THAT THE ORIGINAL BOND IS CONSISTENT WITH THE BOND OFFERED BY THE PETITIONER, BUT DIFFERS FROM THE COPY ARCHIVED BY THE COMPANY, AND THEREFORE CONFIRMS THAT THE BOND WAS NOT ISSUED BY THE COMPANY.
