Jordano International will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on 3 April 2024 to consider a number of resolutions on changes to the Board of Directors. The meeting will discuss the removal of Mr. Liu Guokuan as Director and Chief Executive Officer and the nomination of CURRIE and Mr. Colin Melville Kennedy as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Ms. CHENG Chi Wen, Mr. Zheng Chi Liang and Mr. Wong Wai De will be nominated as Non-Executive Directors and Independent Non-Executive Directors. Shareholders will vote on these proposals and authorize the directors or company secretaries to handle the relevant matters. Shareholders may appoint representatives to attend and vote, and share registration will be suspended from March 27 to April 3. In the event of a tropical cyclone or black storm warning, the conference will be postponed.
